I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. They even accompanied me to the bus station to ensure I caught the right bus. The location is perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with traditional streets, shops, and many restaurants. It is also conveniently close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Furthermore, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a reliable heating system.
Almost perfect.

The hotel consists of 4 separate buildings. The building where we were staying was total disappointment, maybe for night transit, and not worth paying more than 10 Euros / person. Difficult to reach by car.

Staff is great! Helpful and positive by all means! The first room (for the first night) where we stayed was located in a small building near the main one but it was really cold, although clean. The next day we moved to a much better and bigger room :) Breagkfasts are fine nothing very special but there is so much food on the streets that one coffee and a bagel would be just okay for the morning start :) no complaints about the breakfast. Location is very interesting. Ortakoy is a beautiful small village a bit outside of the touristic track - next district from Besiktas. Great place to rest near Bosphorus, cool clubs and bars on the banks of the straight, nice fish restaurants. A bit hard to get straight to the city center by bus - you need to change at least once :) anyway when you begin to understand the transport system - it gets real easy. Next time in Istanbul - I think we'll stay at The Bridge. Perfect value for the money.
Blankets would be great when it's cold outside (less than 15 C at night), otherwise it get rather cold to sleep. We asked for a transfer but no one was waiting for us at the airport although the shuttle was confirmed by email. Weird. Not a big problem cause the taxies are available and cost pretty much the same.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and its attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and comfortable beds.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with stains on the furniture and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast selection was limited and the quality was average at best.

Solo single floor suites. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was very polite and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately it had no lifts and the stairs were a bit stiff. I would book this hotel again.

The location is perfect for exploring the city and getting around on public transport. It's situated in a nice neighborhood below the Bosphorus bridge and is close to the bridge itself, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff here were amazing - they were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had lots of questions about how to get around on public transport and they patiently helped us with all the information we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, sitting area, dining table, and even a washing machine. The free toiletries and other kitchen utensils provided added an extra touch of convenience. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were also greatly appreciated, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The location! I have stayed in Sultanahmet and Taskim area before, but this area was my favourite. A short walk away and you have the Bridge and some nice restaurants by the water. The room was very nice and clean. Overall this hotel is very good value.
The Staff were friendly, but did not go out of their way to help you. And the breakfast was very basic. But I would stay here again for the value of the room and location.

The location is great, just a short walk away from several restaurants and cafes. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, making our business trip less stressful. the breakfast in the morning was delicious and energizing, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The rooms are a bit small, making it hard to move around with multiple suitcases. the bathroom was a bit cramped and could use a little updating.
